Retained Leadership Recruiting
Typically on Confidential President, EVP, SVP, C-Suite and Executive Director projects, with base salaries of $400,000 and above. We also consult on Board (Corporate Governance) recruiting projects.
Contingent Management Recruiting
This is where we’ve made our name! Recruiting for automotive talent only! Senior Managers up through Presidents, with base salaries ranging from the mid-$100’s up through the $400’s.
Project-Based Candidate Research
To provide the client with a starting point for high-level search projects – by developing deep-dive research results on known (and unknown) executives in a particular segment of the automotive industry. We complete these consulting projects for other search firms – and corporate auto industry clients.
