Vice President – Marketing

Location:  Western, USA
Annual Compensation Plan: $200,000++ (Base salary + annual bonus plan + LTI)

  • The VP – Marketing leads the the overall marketing deliverable development for the organization.
  • You should be an expert at near- and long-range strategy (marketing and product) development.  This includes industry and competitor market research and metrics.
  • Your credentials will ideally include a Master’s Degree – and at a minimum you will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years experience in Product/Marketing strategy and development in the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of theories and practices for auto dealer focused campaign development, digital marketing, product development, go-to-market strategies, program management, direct mail/direct response, database and e-marketing, public relations, market research and campaign development.
  • Automotive lending/F&I/ancillary product industry expert experience as a marketing executive is REQUIRED.
  • ALSO:  In addition to leading marketing for the Company, you MUST BE comfortable and an expert working with dealership ownership in THEIR marketing efforts with lending/F&I/ancillary products to THEIR customers.

Vice President – Technology

Annual Compensation: $190,000+ equity plan

  • The Vice President – Technology leads the entire tech function for the company – overseeing multiple department managers and their teams, including Engineering, Data Services, Internal Business Systems, and Information Technology.  Expertise in the role that technology plays across  the AUTOMOTIVE industry is CRITICAL!
  • You MUST BE a passionate, enthusiastic, and inspired technologist, with a focus on developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating technological resources, as well as integrating acquired technology platforms into the overarching technology structure.
  • This role is also responsible for all technology operations including technology processes, IT infrastructure, Cloud Operations, and Network Operations. Technical areas of responsibility include: Software Development, Release Engineering, Systems Integration/Deployment, Quality and Measurement, Network and Communications, and Information Security.
  • You MUST BE very familiar with a wide range of technologies, methodologies, and processes, including SAAS and MSFT.
  • You MUST HAVE the executive capacity to conceive big-picture solutions in a fast-paced organization.  The ideal candidate is a problem solver, player coach and leads by example. In addition, the IDEAL candidate will have a background in or experience with AUTOMOTIVE digital marketing/automation systems, social media marketing, CRM and lead management technology, machine learning, natural language processing and/or big data/BI solutions which power outcomes (not just visualizations).
  • One last thing:  This is a very cool culture – carefully built across the company so….. NO EGOS!

Vice President – U.S. Sales

Annual Compensation Plan: $200,000 base, + a strong, uncapped KPI performance incentive plan

  • The Vice President – Sales is the face-of-the company’s revenue-generating activity to the major organizations in the United Sates automotive market.
  • Several MUST HAVES:
    • Deep executive relationships within the U.S OEM headquarters.
    • A strong ability to lead your sales team – and be a sales closer of data, marketing, CX and digital solutions to the U.S. auto OEM and supplier segment.
    • Credentials on the consulting or OEM-sides of the industry are both possible (in the solution areas above), however SALES and SALES LEADERSHIP (and the requisite relationships) are key.
  • Relocation: No.  This is a national role.  You must be able to travel nationally from a major metro.
