Annual Compensation Plan: $400,000+
- The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is responsible for all sales activity for the company.
- The CSO manages all internal and regional sales, and is a key member of the executive team at the company’s U.S. Headquarters.
- You MUST BE an expert in the automotive Finance/Lending/Insurance space. This means you MUST HAVE senior-level leadership experience leading national (or HUGE Regional) sales operations at the top-tier of the auto consumer lending/F&I product segment. Being a VP/Director in this space is the MINIMUM starting point for this.
