Annual Compensation Plan: $350,000 base + performance incentive and equity plan
- The Senior Vice President, is the head of the organization’s automotive marketing solutions practice in North America.
- This role is the tip of the iceberg within our client’s company, receiving significant focus from the Board of Directors – for an executive with big picture revenue growth/industry impact capabilities.
- To start the conversation, YOU MUST:
- Be in the DEEP END of the pool in the automotive industry – with the highest, strongest and best relationships across the major automotive companies.
- Be a TRULY strategic and tactical automotive executive, with proven leadership in sales execution and the visionary growth of product offerings to the industry.
- Be a recognized leader in delivery and growth of data-driven marketing solutions to the automotive industry. There’s no gray-area on this one: You are or you are not!
- Be comfortable in a highly visible role, where accountability and expectations match the compensation plan.
- Be able to successfully navigate as a senior executive within a large established brand, while possessing the energy and tenacity required to lead a startup. Easy right?!?
- Relocation: No. Major-metro location required.
