Annual Compensation Plan: $180,000
- The Director – Regional Sales will lead a sales team (10-12) of Dealer Relationship Managers as they call on and sell vehicle remarketing/auction services to dealership customers.
- The company is a gold-plated brand in the auto industry, and the position reports to senior management, with significant interaction with company leadership.
- You MUST HAVE vehicle remarketing/auction/wholesale-specific credentials:
- As a recognized expert in the vehicle remarketing/auction/wholesale space.
- As a proven sales closer/collaborator in a vendor-to-business sales relationship.
- As a successful leader/manager of a field sales team – with strong accountability AND hands-on management skills.
- Relocation: No. The expectation is that you are currently living in the Region territory.
